The role:
The Customer Support team within Commercial Banking plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient banking operations for our clients and branch network. The team provides administrative and operational support to Business, Corporate and Senior Banking clients, including SMEs, large international companies, social profit organizations and local authorities. As part of the team, you contribute directly to our ambition to achieve the highest customer satisfaction in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for Commercial Banking clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle and process customer requests related to accounts, proxies, cards and other banking services.
- Act as a reliable link between customers, branch offices and internal departments.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with internal procedures.
Actively participate in training and gradually develop expertise in different Commercial Banking products and processes.
