Our team is responsible for all CRM MS Dynamics developments for KBC. We are managing 8 different CRM Solutions; the most important ones are highly integrated and highly customized with more than 60 in and outflows to KBC legacy systems. The CRM team is part of the ART train Human Channels and our main focus is to implement and manage/run the distribution processes. The mission is to offer our commercial employees quality and stability so that they can carry out their commercial activities to our customers as much as possible.

As our Dynamics 365 Developer, you would have the following responsibilities:

• Developing new features and maintaining our applications, together with the other developers;
• Setting up applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining our applications;
• Developing new screens or modifying existing ones;
• Monitoring the quality of our code and release management.

Key competencies that will help you succeed:

• Strong foundation in static and dynamic programming languages;
• Customizing D365: Experience with managing Tables, Relationships and D365 security model;
• Experience in Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI, Dataverse), .NET (C#), MS Dynamics and JavaScript, Web API basics and security (OAuth / TLS);
• Experience with development for front-end applications and RESTful web services, JSON;
• Good knowledge of software development best practices;
• Good knowledge of ALM aspects such as unit testing, continuous integration and build/release pipelines (Azure DevOps).
