HR Generalist

This role is a mixture of the responsibilities of a mid HR Administrator and junior HR Business Partner. This makes it interesting and gives the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in important roles and processes in the HR team.

As our HR Generalist, you would have the following responsibilities:
    • HR SPOC for the assigned employees and managers 
    • Manage and propose changes in HR processes
    • Is able to manage complex HR Tasks
    • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
    • Provide help to colleagues and be an example
    • Focus on high quality of services
    • Knowledge of the Bulgarian Labor Code and legislation
    • Perform variety of administrative activities, specific to the human resources functions
    • Checking personal related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain files and records from confidential nature
    • Cooperation with Payroll
    • Consulting individual queries related to HR issues
 
Key competences that will help you succeed:

    • Excellent computer skills - advanced knowledge of MS Excel, various database formats
    • Good understanding of local labor legislation
    • Experience in a comparable role as a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or another, preferably in an international company will be considered as an asset
    • Interest in working with diverse systems, spreadsheets, presentations, online platforms
    • Strong communication skills 
    • Ability to learn quickly and implement the knowledge into practice
    • Endurance, resilience and flexibility - you do not get upset when things change, you take a deep breath, put on a smile and get things done
    • Mature attitude with the ability to balance out priorities and impact of your actions accompanied by good sense of humor
    • Ability to communicate in English on daily basis at operational as well as management levels
