As part of our HR Team, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of our talents, from onboarding to career development. This role is not just about handling administrative documents; it's about building strong relationships with leaders, management stakeholders, and balancing the needs of both employees and employers. Your daily agenda will include managing HR matters at our Sofia hub, providing support to employees and leaders, and dedicating your knowledge and heart to the people around you.

 

As our HR Generalist, you would have the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the HR Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned employees and managers;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management stakeholders;
  • Flexibly manage changes in HR processes and propose efficiency and optimization improvements;
  • Be actively involved in the entire HR lifecycle;
  • Handle complex HR tasks and projects with confidence;
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes at the client's side;
  • Provide assistance to colleagues and set an example to achieve high-quality services;
  • Ensure compliance with the Bulgarian Labor Code and legislation;
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative activities specific to human resources functions, including payroll;
  • Check personal-related documents for accuracy and completeness and maintain confidential files and records;
  • Collaborate with the payroll team and consult on individual HR queries.

 

Key competences that will help you succeed:

  • A good understanding of local labor legislation;
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and various database formats;
  • Experience in a comparable role as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar, preferably in an international company;
  • Interest in working with diverse systems, spreadsheets, presentations, and online platforms;
  • Critical thinking and a mature attitude with the ability to balance priorities and understand the impact of your actions, accompanied by a good sense of humor;
  • The ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in practice;
  • Endurance, resilience, and flexibility – you stay calm and positive when things change, take a deep breath, and get things done;
  • Passion, drive, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Your mindset will make you succeed in this position regardless of the hard skills you may possess;
  • The ability to communicate in English daily at both operational and management levels.
