IT KBC Internship program 2025

This year KBC Future Talents Internship Program of KBC Global Services will be held in our office in Varna between 16 June and 30 August 2025 and has the following internship positions, that you can choose from:
 
The IT Helpdesk Intern will be responsible for: 

 

  • Handling technical problems related to desktop/portable
  • Providing hardware assistance (installing of new PCs, ordering, and replacing accessories)
  • Dealing with authorization requests and access
  • Remote installations and troubleshooting
  • Windows/MAC updates and application support
  • Analysis, testing, reporting
  • Communication within KBC departments

 
Key competences that will help you succeed:

 

  • Interest and orientation in information technologies
  • Excellent level of English, Dutch or French (written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Customer handling is essential
  • Time management skills and an eye for detail
  • Good communication and analytical skills, team player

 

The DLP (Data Leakage Prevention) Intern will be responsible for: 

 

  • Completing checks for data leaks on the outgoing e-mail traffic via post-factum monitoring
  • Making estimations based on the elements and content of the e-mail that is checked
  • Successful/Correct evaluation and labeling of the e-mails based on process flow steps and a relevant interpretation
  • Identifying potential information leaks and escalating e-mails to second line for further evaluating

 

Key competences that will help you succeed:

 

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor degree study or Master degree study
  • Cyber security education would be an advantage
  • Good command of English (minimum B1)
  • Experience in handling confidential data
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail 
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn, mainly by practical exercises /readiness for learning from the practice/
  • Proactive approach, ability to ask questions and go beyond what’s expected, critical thinking
  • Good communication and teamwork skills and the ability to take ownership of your work 
  • Desire for starting a professional career in large international company
  • Friendly team player, willing to join a growing company
