The Bulgarian branch of our company was established in 2019 to provide back-office support to the bank and insurance entities within KBC Group in Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance, Daily Banking, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence Centre, Credits and Financing and other business domains.

What to expect: 

• The idea was born to ensure that at any given moment we can offer an entry level/junior administrative position to candidates who are keen to work for us and have the right mindset; 
• Instead of you wondering around the open administrative positions, a colleague of Talent Acquisition Team will do this for you and match your profile to the currently open positions at KBC Global Services; 
• You can join one of the following teams (depending on the current needs): Financial Lease, NSTP Controls and Aftersales Retail Credits, Termination of Clients, Customer Administration and Fulfillment, Clients Onboarding, Update of Natural and Non-Natural Persons, Customer Due Diligence, Procurement Back Office, Insurance and Autolease; 
• You will be working in a digital environment performing predominantly back office and administrative tasks - from basic to complex ones - in support of Belgium colleagues;

Key competencies that will help you succeed:

• Communicating in English, both verbally and in written is something you enjoy;
• You possess strong analytical thinking and enjoy diving into complex topics to uncover insights and solutions;
• You are a fast learner, eager to absorb new knowledge and adapt quickly to changing environments;
• You have a sharp eye for detail and consistently deliver precise and accurate work within deadlines;
• Your enthusiasm and flexibility help you navigate challenges with a solution-oriented approach;
• You are organized and capable of setting clear priorities to manage your workload effectively;
• You are open to both working in a team and individually;  
• Graduated or in process of graduation, both Bachelor and Master Degree are accepted;
• Prior experience in the above mentioned domains is not required —your ability to learn quickly and think critically is what truly matters.
