Procurement Specialist

As our Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for: 

  • Keeping and following procurement rules and procedure in line with KBC group standards. 
  • Single point of contact for vendors and suppliers, negotiates prices and terms with them   
  • Follow-up and complies his orders with the criteria, given by the requestor  
  • Ordering wide range of product, mainly on the field of Marketing, HR and Facility categories   
  • Coordination of process of contracts´ revision across several company departments to meet the requested terms of delivery and deadlines  
  • Resolving discrepancies and ensures compliance with contract requirements, while keeping sustainable quality of the deliverables   
  • Collaborates closely and participates in organizing tenders, while coordinating with legal advisors and procurement team  
  • Takes decision as a buyer in a certain range amount   
  • Protecting the overall interest of the employer  

 

Key competences that will help you succeed: 

  • Solid background in procurement – in Marketing, HR and Facility fields 
  • Proficiency of English, written and spoken  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Strong analytical and time management skills 
  • Able to work independently 
  • Computer literacy: ERP (SAP), advanced MS EXCEL 
  • Master’s degree with an economic or technical orientation.
