Receptionist

The role:

We are looking for a receptionist who won't only welcome visitors, on the contrary! You will have a diverse range of activities and tasks that require creativity and proactive approach. We also need you to speak English and have great communication and organizational skills. Sounds like you?

 

As our Receptionist, you would have the following responsibilities:
• Organization and administrative support of the office and reception
• Arranging taxi transportation for visitors
• Processing and monitoring of internal and external mail, monitoring of incoming mail and e-mails, including their correct classification and distribution
• Welcoming and caring for visitors on arrival and during their stay in the company, receiving incoming calls and transferring them
• and lot of all others 

 

Key competences that will help you succeed:
• Very good communication skills 
• Knowledge of English - you are not afraid to speak or write (phone calls, personal communications, e-mails)
• Good organization skills - the ability to provide accommodation, tickets and non-standard requirements
• Making a decision is not a problem for you
• A positive approach to work and people - you will be the first point of contact for visitors, but also for employees
• MS Office - you will meet Excel and Outlook really every day
