The Bulgarian branch of our company was established in 2019 to provide back-office support to the bank and insurance entities within KBC Group in Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance, Daily Banking, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence Centre, Credits and Financing and other business domains. 

Currently we are looking for Reporting analyst - This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in economics and a solid academic background.

Are you passionate about financial data, reporting, and turning numbers into insights? We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst with a solid academic foundation in economics or a related field, who’s ready to apply their analytical skills in a collaborative and dynamic financial environment.

Your Role:

As a Reporting Analyst, you will:
•    Analyze large volumes of financial data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality reporting outputs.
•    Prepare clear, insightful reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators, supporting strategic decision-making.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and value.
•    Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, external auditors, and supervisory authorities.

What You Bring:

•    A Master’s degree in (Applied) Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•    A strong interest in financial markets, banking, insurance, or risk management.
•    A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively.
•    Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
•    A proactive, structured, and reliable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow.
•    A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
•    Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with Qlik Sense/SQL or similar reporting tools is a plus.
