The Unified Security Team is looking for a System Engineer to support secure and efficient operations for KBC users and IT developers across their daily business applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the organization’s systems and infrastructure. Your tasks will include installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Your goal is to ensure maximum system availability and deliver a seamless user experience.
As our Security System Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contact between risk/security departments and operational IT teams, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades, including applying patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Lead security awareness initiatives through campaigns and training.
- Monitor system performance to ensure availability and reliability.
- Follow established change and configuration management policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Configure and install devices and services, depending on your team’s scope.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, internal, and IT security regulations in all assigned tasks.
Key competencies, that will help you succeed:
- Solid knowledge of security technologies for integration and maintenance across Windows and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).

Hands-on experience with Splunk, Trellix, Zscaler, Resilient, SentinelOne, and Stamus
- Familiarity with network security technologies (e.g., Firewalls, VPNs) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Well - develped organizational skills to manage tasks and set priorities effectively.
- Proven analytical skills
