As our Software Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:
• You will design, build, and maintain reusable software components, libraries, and frameworks used across multiple teams;
• You will develop and enhance platforms that enable Data Engineers and other technical teams to deliver solutions efficiently;
• You will support and maintain cloud-based environments and applications, including KBC's strategic data and analytics platforms;
• You will contribute to AI-related initiatives by creating solutions, standards, and guardrails that help teams use AI technologies responsibly and effectively;
• You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to design scalable and sustainable solutions;
• You will help ensure compliance, security, and governance requirements are embedded into the solutions you develop;
• You will participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and software products.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
• Working experience with the following technologies: Python, AWS, Spark, Pandas, GitHub, CI/CD and Cloud Development tools;
• Experience developing software solutions in cloud environments;
• Ability to understand the broader technical landscape and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Familiarity with software governance, compliance, and security practices within cloud environments.
