What you will be doing:
Providing voice IT support on 8-hour shifts that cover service window Monday-Friday (08:00-19:00). End users will contact you for solutions of technical issues with desktop/portable. You will also have a hand-on experience dealing with our ticketing system to resolve variable hardware and software requests. 


You will be mainly responsible for the following actions:
•    Handling technical problems related to desktop/portable
•    Providing hardware assistance (installing of new PCs, ordering and replacing accessories)
•    Dealing with authorization requests and access
•    Remote installations and troubleshooting
•    Windows/MAC updates and application support
•    Analysis, testing, reporting
•    Communication within KBC departments

Your profile:
•    Interest and orientation in information technologies
•    Excellent level of French (written and spoken)
•    Experience in IT support or IT educational background will be considered an advantage
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
•    Customer handling is essential
•    Time management skills and an eye for detail
•    Good communication and analytical skills
•    Team player
