Become a part of Automated Business Solutions team and contribute to the development and maintenance of non-critical End User Developed Applications (EUDA) such as Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), Python (Django), Qlik Sense, SAS, SQL Server, VBA, etc.
As an Application Manager, you will serve as a vital link between developers and business stakeholders, acting as the right hand to the Product Owner. Your role will involve participating in business requirements meetings, capturing and documenting business needs, and translating them into actionable tasks for the delivery team — whether for functional IT analysts or developers.
You will help ensure that business expectations are clearly understood and effectively communicated, enabling the team to deliver solutions that are aligned with stakeholder goals. This position requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of both technical and business contexts, and the ability to bridge gaps between different roles.
As our Application manager (EUDA), you would have the following responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, by following KBC standards and policies;
• Conduct assessment of the transfer project requirements to determine their compatibility with the team's operational environment and capabilities;
• Prepare business requirement documentation;
• Maintaining documentation about processes & scope definitions;
• Incident management and resolution, coordination of follow-up actions;
• Active support to Product Owner when defining the business requests;
• Management of access rights;
• Test preparation and documentation including functional testing;
• Working in line with agile principles.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
• Previous experience with the following technologies: Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), Django/other Python web framework, Qlik Sense, SAS, SQL Server, VBA is considered as strong plus;
• Proven previous experience in technical role is considered as strong plus;
• Experience with leading, supporting and adapting documentation;
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are a “must”;
• Ability to adapt to changes on the get-go;
• Strong attention to details;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
• Relevant background or proven experience (in troubleshooting technical errors) within a similar role is a plus;
• Fluent English (level B2 at least);
• Resilience to stress;
• Experience working within Agile methodology is a plus.
