As an Application Manager , you would have the following responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and solutions;
• Analyze transaction and merchant data, identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement;
• Monitor and validate transaction enrichment and categorization processes to ensure data quality and accuracy;
• Perform application testing and support the implementation of new functionalities and enhancements;
• Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives;
• Maintain and enrich merchant databases by adding new merchants, brands, and relevant transaction information;
• Investigate incidents, client feedback, and business inquiries, and coordinate resolution activities;
• Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation to support decision-making;
• Participate in application-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across Business, IT, and Operations teams;
• Support maintenance activities and ensure smooth day-to-day application performance.

Key competencies that will help you succeed:

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights;
• Experience preparing analyses, reports, process documentation, or business requirements;
• Ability to work effectively with large volumes of data and identify patterns, issues, and opportunities;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Technical affinity and interest in IT systems, applications, databases, and digital solutions.
