The context:
The IT Process Office manages IT processes that are used throughout IT Belgium: Secure Software Development Lifecycle (sSDLC), IT asset management, incident management, etc.
A number of tools support these processes:
- META, MIP, ServiceNow APM to manage our applications and systems
- ServiceNow GRC to manage our risks and (in)compliancies
- ServiceNow incident and problem modules
- SNOW for license management
- And expanding with new modules
We expect these applications to be stable, performant, secure, and overall ensure flawless operations.
Your challenge:
We are looking for an Application Manager to:
- Test changes to the application
- Keep track of the applications’ performance
- Handle incidents and communicate related actions
- Handle questions from users about the applications’ functionalities
- Continuously check the quality of the applications’
- Act as link between users and developers of the applications, suggest functional and non-functional changes based on concrete requirements
- Keep track of regulatory requirements and discuss their implementation with the developers
We will bring you up to speed with the applications’ functionalities and the contacts for the changes, but we expect you to gather the information you need by yourself.

- You are curious enough to find answers to all questions starting “What happens, if I press this button...”

- You have good communication skills and are fluent in (written and spoken) English
