About the role:

Performs E2E implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for an agile development of software solutions in a diverse context w.r.t. business domains, technological environments and cooperation models. 

Responsibilities:

• Realize various and multiple software engineering activities w.r.t. business requirements, functional design, technical design, development, application integration, package configuration, testing, deployment and other software related development activities. 
• Maintain, monitor and manage systems and applications with extra attention for performance, quality and security. 
• Document and build permanently personal knowledge of software solutions and methodologies/frameworks for software design and development via longlife learning. Contribute actively to the learning organization via communities of practice, metoring, sharing sessions. 
• Follow market evolutions within the assigned applications, solutions and software frameworks (including their interfaces) and advice in function of new developments.

• Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace. 
• Software Quality Assurance and Testing: Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing; ability to apply appropriate processes, tools, and techniques for assuring a high level of quality in computer software products and systems. 
• Information Technology 
• IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology;
• Application Security: Knowledge of the tools and processes for maintaining application security;

Systems Software Infrastructure:

Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction; ability to design and build a fundamental architecture of operating systems, database management systems, communications protocols, compilers and other development tools.
