About the role:

We are looking for a Experienced Python Developer to join our international team and contribute to the development of AI-driven systems powering our digital assistant KATE. KATE is designed to streamline banking and insurance tasks, helping customers save time and money through intelligent automation and conversational AI.

As our Python Developer, you would have the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven systems and services for KATE.
• Collaborate with international teams, including data scientists, architects, and product owners, to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
• Analyze system performance, debug complex issues, and ensure high availability and scalability.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and best practices for cloud-native environments.

Key competences that will help you succeed:

• Extensive Python experience (3+ years in professional development)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for working in international, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-native principles, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or chatbot platforms (e.g., Rasa).
• Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, AWS Cloud Services, GitHub Actions.
• Background in distributed systems and high-performance architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
