Job description:
As our Functional Analyst, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear documentation and functional designs aligned with architectural standards;
- Turn business needs into secure, cost-effective, and incremental IT solutions, thinking proactively and creatively;
- Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure quality, stability, and a great user experience;
- Collaborate closely with agile teams to implement new features and process improvements;
- Guide stakeholders through change, innovation, and new ways of working;
- Contribute to strategic programs including AI integration, product migrations, and digital assistants;
- Participate in feasibility studies, projects, and maintenance activities, converting findings into actionable outcomes .

- Communicates clearly and builds connections with multiple stakeholders, from business to IT;
- Has experience with agile methodologies and IT-driven projects;
- Knows - about D365 CRM systems;

- Enjoys variety and can manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365.
