Join our Non‑Life Insurance Output team and play a key role in ensuring that insurance documents are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with business and legal requirements. We work with a rich ecosystem of systems and content, enabling seamless document generation and distribution to clients, intermediaries, and brokers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate document content for all Non‑Life insurance policies (e.g., General Conditions, Special Conditions, Well‑Informed Client documents, invoices, etc.);
Manage the generation and delivery of documents to clients through the correct output channels (mailbox or digital platforms);
Oversee a large and complex document infrastructure, including 6,000+ forms, ~90,000 clauses, and over 1 million content carriers;
Collaborate with various subsystems and teams involved in assembling and processing insurance documentation;
Support Straight‑Through Processing (STP) for back‑office operations to ensure smooth, automated document handling;
Improve and optimize Output‑related processes, eliminating waste and enhancing efficiency;
Ensure compliance with legal and business standards in all produced documents.

The IT Operations Intern

The Management team of the IT department is looking for an individual to help streamline our reporting and internal processes. The Management Team consists of 20 Managers looking after the organisation. We are looking for someone who is very organised and structured, with good understanding of business needs and technical abilities to help us be more efficient in our daily tasks. Your daily tasks would involve prototyping small business solutions and presentations to the management.

• We are looking for someone who can analyze data well and is interested in learning more about data visualization and building business reports
• Interest in learning Qlik Sense, JIRA and Confluence

This year KBC Future Talents Internship Program of KBC Global Services will be held in our office in Varna between 15 June and 31 August 2026 and has the following internship position:
 
The IT Helpdesk Intern will be responsible for: 

•    Handling technical problems related to desktop/portable
•    Providing hardware assistance (installing of new PCs, ordering, and replacing accessories)
•    Dealing with authorization requests and access
•    Remote installations and troubleshooting
•    Windows/MAC updates and application support
•    Analysis, testing, reporting
•    Communication within KBC departments
 
Key competences that will help you succeed:

•    Interest and orientation in information technologies
•    Excellent level of English, Dutch or French (written and spoken)
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
•    Customer handling is essential

The Data Leakage Prevention Team Intern:  

Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) must be seen as a set of measure that can be taken to avoid or detect the loss of data.  Data loss can have several causes, but here we focus on the most challenging cause of DLP, namely, the malicious insider, meaning an internal employee tries to send data from the company to the outside world via mail.

What do we expect from you?
•    We are looking for profiles who are known and used to deal with confidential data and information.
•    Together with your monitor colleagues and with the support of the Belgian DLP team, we expect that the monitor is  able to make a good first estimation of the mail to be reviewed based on a process flow to follow. 
•    Given the large volume of mails to be monitored, we expect the monitor to be able to make appropriate decisions throughout the day in terms of assigning a label to the mail
•    Good command of English
•    Higher education in Cybersecurity or knowledge and interest in the field
