The role:
KBC Global Services is the engine behind KBC Group, a leading bank-insurance group with over 45,000 talented employees serving more than 12 million clients across Europe. The Bulgarian branch of our company was established in 2019 to provide back-office support to the bank and insurance entities within KBC Group in Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance, Daily Banking, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence Centre, Credits and Financing and other business domains.
As an Insurance Claims Administrator you will be responsible for handling claim cases for the division "Physical Incidents" of Non-life Insurance Claims at KBC Insurance BE, helping and finding solutions for our insured customers, so that he/she does not have to worry.
Your Key Tasks will be:
- Handling claims linked to insurance contracts as per internal guidelines
- Analyzing and interpreting client questions to determine the problem and solve itValidating and managing customer data on used systems
- Communication with other departments
- Collecting data, performing analysis, and suggesting improvements on usage, disruptions, and problems
Key competencies that will help you succeed:
- Very good command of EnglishYou are well organized and solution oriented, able to meet challenging deadlines
- Experience/knowledge in the insurance field or handling claims will be considered as a great advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail combined with good judgement and an ability to think independently
- Good communication skills, both written and oral. You are able to communicate your position clearly and convincingly and, if necessary, to defend it towards policy holders and agentsKnowledge of MS office products
- Collaborative style and good team playerDutch/Flemish, French or German will be considered as an advantage
