The Bulgarian branch of our company was established in 2019 to provide back-office support to the bank and insurance entities within KBC Group in Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance, Daily Banking, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence Centre, Credits and Financing and other business domains. 

As our Insurance Document Processing Specialist for the Policies Administration team, you will be responsible for:

• Termination of non-life insurance contracts for the branches: car, fire and common law and suspension (temporary stopped) only for car, due to various reasons (sale, total loss, death of policyholder, other policy with KBC, bankruptcy etc);
• Communicating in accordance with the agreed instructions;
• Full, accurate and on time follow-up of personal operational tasks;
• Working in a strong team, in a spirit of efficient cooperation and back-up functioning;
• Striving for continuous improvement, points out recurrent mistakes and problems;
• Participating in operational team meetings/huddles.

Key competences that will help you succeed:

• Attention to details while processing Insurance related documents;
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Previous experience on the field of Insurance, BPO, Banking shall be considered as an advantage;
• This position is also suitable for newly graduated talented students, willing to learn;
• We will provide you full Training and Mentoring;
• Good written and spoken English is a must.
