Learning Partner (Maternity Cover)

Who are we:

KBC Global Services is the engine behind KBC Group – a leading bank-insurance group with over 41,000 talented employees serving more than 12 million clients across Europe.


The Bulgarian branch of our company was established in 2019 to provide back-office support to the bank and insurance entities within KBC Group in Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance, Daily Banking, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence Centre, Credits and Financing and other business domains.


Since 2021, we have been supporting the digital transformation of KBC Group providing software development, QA, AI and other IT solutions working on a wide range of projects combining classical IT with digital banking.

We’re looking for a Learning Partner to bring our learning strategy to life across Bulgaria and Czechia!

Your work will support key priorities for 2026:

  • Leadership development (LDP programs, agile leadership).
  • AI and data literacy (programs on AI, chatbots, and digital transformation).

Your main responsibilities, would be:

  • Turning Goals into Growth: Translate learning needs into clear , impactful programs and journeys and experience that actually make people better at what they do;
  • Building engaging e-learning content and digital modules using tools as Articulate and others;
  • Driving the Learning Ecosystem: Manage LMS operations, organize content and keep everything running smoothly;
  • Making learning happen: Plan and coordinate trainings, sessions, and logistics from start to finish;
  • Keeping us on track: Monitor training completion, track metrics , manage budgets and share insights;
  • Partner and collaborate: Work with universities , vendors, and internal teams while keeping an eye on market trends;
  • Identifying areas of improvement and sharing best practices

  • Excellent command of English;
  • Strong team player with an adaptable and flexible mindset;
  • Customer - oriented approach and solid communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to details;
  • Continuous learning attitude and eagerness to grow and explore new tools and methods;
  • Background in Learning & Development or project-based roles;
  • Familiarity with Learning Platforms and digital tools (such as Articulate);
  • MS Office proficiency to keep communication sharp and workflows smooth
