Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology? We are looking for a Process Manager (IT) who will play a key role in translating business requirements into ICT solutions, managing end-to-end business processes, and driving change governance across projects.
Job description:
As our Process Manager IT you would have the following responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis and translate requirements into ICT solutions in collaboration with product managers, architects, and application managers;
- Own the development, implementation, and operation of assigned business processes;
- Guide application managers and ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and changes;
- Lead change management activities and independently manage project governance throughout the lifecycle;
- Propose process improvements and ensure alignment with other business processes.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Modelling, stakeholder management, and business rule definition;
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably with SAFe methodology;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma (Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus);
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the insurance industry or with financial products and applications is a significant advantage.
