As our Process manager, you would have the following responsibilities:

  • Deployment as a process collaborator with active participation in all project phases: feasibility, analysis, realization and change, including contribution to defining logical test designs
  • Translation of business requirements into ICT in coordination with product management, business architects, application management and channel managers, as well as development of proposals for issues, new processes and concepts, broad coordination and preparation of decisions
  • Responsibility for the development, implementation and end-to-end operation of assigned processes, including monitoring of interfaces with other processes
  • Building strong knowledge of the applications within the process scope and their interactions with other systems and applications
  • Support and guidance of application managers
  • Creation of structured and clear documentation and process guidelines, ensuring dissemination of knowledge through communication and training, and playing an important role in change

 

Key competences that will help you succeed:

  • Experience related to Business Process Modelling - stakeholder management, process management, info gathering, business rules
  • Knowledge of agile and experience working with SAFe methodology; experience with project management and specifically agile working is a plus
  • Amazon Web Services background is a big plus
  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Payments products and applications is an added advantage

  • Are stress resistant and can cope with time pressure
  • Are comfortable working in an ICT environment
