About the Role:
Group Organization & Operations (GOO) brings together shared services across the entire KBC Group. Our mission is to deliver top‑tier quality while increasing scalability and efficiency.
We are expanding our international Program Management Office (PMO) and looking for a colleague who will take ownership of strategic, high‑impact projects that directly influence the future of GOO. You will work in a virtual, cross‑border team across three countries and report directly to the Senior General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead strategic transformation projects across GOO, focusing on areas that match your strengths:
- Nearshoring: Drive cross‑border cooperation and shape KBC’s nearshoring approach.
- Process Transformation: Review, optimize, or redesign processes on our path to the Dark Factory.
- Innovation & Technology: Run innovation pilots and explore AI and automation to improve how we work.
