No prior AEM experience is required - we will provide full training and support you in mastering the platform - our Academy will fully prepare you for the role.

As our Support Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to content management implementation;
- Customer and business support in software applications;
- Resolve incidents, taking into account impact & priorities;
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns;
- Maintain frontend components within the AEM environment;
- Maintain microservices interfacing with AEM.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- You have 5+ experience in - Java, Spring, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , RESTful web services, DevOps.
You are a perfect fit for us if you:
- Have excellent English skills both spoken and written;
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree (IT-related);
- Are good at multitasking, and you can work under strict deadlines;
- Know the latest and proven technologies on the market;
- Won’t get discouraged by changing priorities or constraints and will search for solutions;
A significant advantage would be to have:
- Experience in Content Management Systems or Adobe Experience Management;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
