What is this role about?
Within the Human Channels train, we are strengthening our architecture team with a System Architect. This role is for experienced architects who want to broaden their scope and explore the CRM domain.
You help shape platforms that support customer and employee interactions. These platforms connect CRM solutions (Dynamics 365), digital channels, AI-driven assistants and integration services.
You already have experience in system or integration architecture and are interested in learning the CRM domain, including Dynamics 365 and omnichannel interaction patterns - then please read below!
Job description:
As our System Architect, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Shape and evolve the system and integration architecture within the Human Channels train;
- Translate business and functional needs into clear architectural designs and guidelines;
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and development teams;
- CRM and omnichannel customer interaction topics;
- Contribute to AI-enabled assistants and knowledge services;
- Define and support integration patterns and data flows across enterprise platforms;
- Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and availability are met;
- Align with other architects and trains to ensure architectural consistency across initiatives.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- Strong system and integration architecture expertise;
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and scalable technical designs;
- Solid understanding of CRM and omnichannel customer interaction platforms;
- Experience with AI‑enabled assistants and knowledge‑driven services;
- Deep knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise data flows;
- Strong focus on performance, security, availability, and other non‑functional requirements;
- Excellent cross‑team collaboration with product, business, and technical stakeholders;
- Ability to align architectural decisions across multiple trains and initiatives;
- Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills;
- Clear communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
