We are looking for a Project Manager Third Party Risk Management who can connect the dots between regulation and reality, policy and practice in an international context. Your role
KBC is strengthening its Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and capabilities in response to evolving regulatory expectations. To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a central role in shaping, coordinating and delivering the TPRM agenda across Belgian & groupwide KBC entities. As part of the DORA, Outsourcing & Third Party Risk Management Competence Center (DOTCC), you will make the bridge between regulation and the applicability in Belgium.
You will operate at the intersection of regulation, governance, procurement, risk and business, translating regulatory requirements into concrete actions, processes and timelines. You act as a driver, coordinator and trusted partner for internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
1. Governance & process design
• Translate regulatory requirements (e.g. ECB guidelines, DORA) into concrete actions, policies, processes and next steps.
• Ensure TPRM becomes fully embedded in the broader KBC strategy and operating model.
• Supporting internal stakeholders of the different legal entities on the TPMR requirements to become and remain compliant with the different related regulations.
2. Regulatory & content ownership
• Act as a content expert on TPRM-related regulation and supervisory expectations.
• Assess the impact of new or evolving TPRM-regulation on KBC and its entities.
3. Stakeholder management
From within the DOT Competence Center you manage a broad stakeholder landscape (groupwide) ensuring clear communication, alignment and engagement at all levels.
Your profile:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with and hands-on approach to dive into content and support in translating this into policy and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to operate confidently with senior management.
• Structured, pragmatic and result-driven, with the ability to translate complexity into action.
• Experience in international or multi-entity environments is a strong plus as you will become part of an international virtual team.
• Knowledge of or affinity with Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing, DORA is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
