What you will be doing:
Providing voice IT support on 8-hour shifts that cover service window Monday-Friday (08:00-19:00). End users will contact you for solutions of technical issues with desktop/portable. You will also have a hand-on experience dealing with our ticketing system to resolve variable hardware and software requests.
As our Helpdesk Agent (Technical support), you would have the following responsibilities:
- Handling technical problems related to desktop/portable
- Providing hardware assistance (installing of new PCs, ordering and replacing accessories)
- Dealing with authorization requests and access
- Remote installations and troubleshooting
- Windows/MAC updates and application support
- Analysis, testing, reporting
- Communication within KBC departments
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
- Interest and orientation in information technologies
- Experience in IT support or IT educational background
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
- Customer handling is essential
- Time management skills and an eye for detail
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Team player
