What to expect?

We kick things off with a week-long induction where you’ll gain an insight into KBC Global Services, have opportunities to network with peers, your mentor and meet people from all areas of our business.

The program continues with extensive, on-the-job training in the fields of Risk and Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance and Artificial Intelligence, delivered by our internal training teams and experts according to the profile of your internship role. Covering 60 days, our program will allow you immerse yourself into the fintech world and have a kick-start of your future career.

What to expect?

​​​​​​​Artificial Intelligence Intern

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Creation of AI/Data framework for automation of the process of knowledge building and progression of employees - based on SAP Success Factors AI System and Azure OpenAI using a state of art vector database integration.  
  • Creation of new ChatBot functionality, leveraging existing RASA software, closely working with an experienced developer, who will act as a “buddy”. Certification in RASA to be obtained at the end of the internship. 
  • Performing technical testing and log analysis depending on the solution. 
  • Maintenance of the technical solution. 
  • Participating in collaborative forums to understand the need and technical complexity. 
  • Communicating with various stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Documenting technical solution following templates and standards.
